The Party Zone — [Nov, 2025] — De:Nihil Records and Stereographic Records — the same powerhouse team that resurrected Scandinavian Leather last year, are back to finish the job. They proudly announce the 20th Anniversary Reissue of Turbonegro’s brutal 2005 masterwork, Party Animals, available exclusively on Limited-Edition 180 gram HQ vinyl.

Arriving as the final, furious installment of the post-reunion "Apocalypse Trilogy," Party Animals was the sound of deathpunk refusing to get comfortable. Where its predecessor embraced "Rainbow Rock" complexity, this album made a calculated, aggressive pivot. Its sound is notoriously "fierce, blunt, and less focused on studio production refinements," intentionally sharpened for global conquest by first-time external collaborator, producer Steven Shane McDonald (Melvins, OFF!, Redd Kross).

The chaotic genius of the album lies in the philosophical core laid out by bassist Happy-Tom: “the album was inspired by the best bits of The Rolling Stones mixed with the best bits of Black Flag, but composed by Shostakovich"

The album features guest vocals from Keith Morris (founding vocalist of Black Flag, Circle Jerks, OFF!) on “Wasted Again”, and Nick Oliveri (Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, Mondo Generator) on “Final Warning” to ensure maximum sonic impact. The six-minute centerpiece, "City of Satan," includes string and atmospheric arrangements provided by the the Norwegian Radio Orchestra. 

Following the success of last year's Scandinavian Leather reissue, De:Nihil and Stereographic are presenting Party Animals in 180 gram HQ vinyl available in 2 colors: Bursting Puke (b/w) and Darkness (black).
